Inspired

I discovered this podcast a couple of months ago and I've fast become a huge fan. I just listened to the Fritzi Horstman episode and all I can say is Wow! It completely opened my eyes to how much childhood trauma affects our trajectory in life, and I now have more compassion than I've ever had for those that end up in our prison system. It's to the betterment of our entire society to treat these men and women with dignity and help them heal!
