- Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled in!
- Wear loose, breathable clothing
- Have a yoga mat and a blanket handy as your body temperature can sometimes cool during the process. We do not recommend using a pillow as that can inhibit airflow. However, a very small one that doesn't raise your neck, or a folded towel under your head is fine.
- Try to avoid food 1-2 hours prior to event
- Bring a water bottle
- BONUS - Practice your belly breathing
