Somatic Breathwork Zoom Online Session with Steve & Lisa

Thank you so much for signing up for a Somatic Breathwork Session with Steve & Lisa!  

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled in! 
  • Wear loose, breathable clothing
  •  Have a yoga mat and a blanket handy as your body temperature can sometimes cool during the process.  We do not recommend using a pillow as that can inhibit airflow.  However, a very small one that doesn't raise your neck, or a folded towel under your head is fine.
  • Try to avoid food 1-2 hours prior to event
  • Bring a water bottle
  • BONUS - Practice your belly breathing
